Something for Everyone!

There are many choices of classes at the Senior Center. Creative writing, tap dance, humanities, computer, yoga, woodcarving, and more are offered every week. Stop in at the Center and see what we have to offer.

The Senior Center offers a number of Social Services to any senior in the Park Ridge area. These programs include a social worker, Rules of the Road Review, health and wellness screenings, financial counseling, Notary Service and Defensive Driving.

Come and improve your strength, flexibility and endurance with Exercise Classes at the Senior Center. Work with hand weights, stretch bands, and more! Classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00am or 10:30am. Class instructor is Jo Buck.

Special Clubs
Clubs for all interests are held monthly. Choose from genealogy, science, Men’s Club, Women’s Club, money matters discussion, opera, camera club, and more.

FALL SPECIALS
Senior Center annual Steak Fry and Variety Show will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 27 and 28. Tickets include a full steak dinner cooked by the Center Men’s Club followed by the Variety Show. This year’s show will feature outstanding talent provided by the members of the Senior Center. The Senior Center will provide free flu shots on Tuesday, October 21 from 9:00am until Noon. Call the Senior Center for further information.
Keep up with active programs! Exercise, tap dance, bowling, yoga, and bike riding are just some of the many programs the Senior Center offers.

TRIPS & EVENTS
Trips are offered at least twice monthly to various destinations! Theater trips, ball games, sightseeing, as well as extended travel are included on the Senior Center Schedule. Stop in and pick up a copy of the “Spectator,” the Senior Center newsletter.
